Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ workstations
- Manage Windows 10/11 deployments and Active Directory administration
- Provide Tier 2 support for network connectivity and cloud services
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security protocols
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Train staff on new technologies and security awareness
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years experience in enterprise IT support environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and virtualization
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and cloud platforms
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with analytical mindset
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with service desk tools like Jira or ServiceNow
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
