Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management programs
- Coordinate training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
- Conduct HR analytics and prepare insightful workforce reports
- Support talent retention strategies and employee engagement programs
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (KHL, PP No. 78/2015)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
