Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-class technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues with 95%+ resolution rate
- Document cases meticulously in Zendesk for knowledge base improvement
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs
- Conduct monthly client satisfaction surveys and implement feedback
- Maintain SLA compliance with <2hr response time targets
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years in technical support with SaaS/FinTech experience
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written/spoken)
- Expert troubleshooting skills on Windows/macOS/Linux
- Zendesk/Jira certification strongly preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
