Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company culture
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance systems
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize development programs
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Oversee HR compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, or HR Management
- 3+ years of HR experience in tech/consulting
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, UU No.13)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant HR certifications (CHRP/SPHR) preferred
