Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues for SaaS products using troubleshooting methodologies
- Document cases in CRM system and escalate complex issues to engineering team
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and process optimization
- Collaborate with sales team for upsell opportunities during support interactions
- Participate in weekly training sessions for product updates
Kualifikasi
- Min. 1 year experience in technical/customer support roles
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts
- Calm demeanor under pressure with problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends
- Relevant certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation) preferred
