Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee records and HR documentation compliance
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Monitor payroll processing and benefits administration
- Analyze HR metrics to improve workforce efficiency
- Ensure adherence to labor regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in multinational companies
- Proficiency in Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003)
- Advanced skills in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in recruitment for tech industries preferred
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
