Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document and troubleshoot technical issues using Zendesk and CRM systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex bugs and feature requests
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles for self-service solutions
- Monitor support metrics and contribute to continuous improvement projects
- Train new support staff on processes and tools
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer/technical support role
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency with helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in ITIL or CompTIA A+ preferred
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Ability to work rotating shifts
