Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional multi-channel support (chat, email, phone) with 95%+ satisfaction scores
- Resolve complex technical issues and billing inquiries within SLA timeframes
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and document solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to provide critical user feedback and insights
- Maintain detailed case documentation in our CRM system with 99% accuracy
- Support customer retention initiatives and loyalty program engagement
- Mentor new team members and share best practices across locations
Kualifikasi
- Min. 1 year customer service experience in tech or e-commerce
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English proficiency
- Expert proficiency in Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision mindset
- Adaptable to rotating shifts and remote collaboration tools
- Relevant certification in customer service management is a plus
- Resident in Surabaya, Jakarta, Solo, Jogja, or Malang with home office setup
