Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues using CRM systems
- Proactively upsell products/services through consultative selling
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with product teams to improve service processes
- Train new hires on service standards and product knowledge
- Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service/tech support
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & verbal)
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Relevant certification in customer service management
- Experience in telecommunications or SaaS industry
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset
