Tanggung Jawab
- Manage Inquiries: Receive and process customer requests via Live Chat, Email, WhatsApp, and Phone with a high level of professionalism.
- Solve Problems: Resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
- CRM Management: Accurately log interactions and update customer data into our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Feedback Loop: Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management to improve products and services.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to suggest relevant products or services to existing customers.
Kualifikasi
- Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (Native level preferred) and good English skills are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Soft Skills: High level of empathy, patience, and active listening skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Availability: Willingness to work in shifts (Morning/Evening) if required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
