Tanggung Jawab
- Handle multi-channel customer inquiries (chat, email, phone) with 95%+ resolution rate
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities through personalized customer engagement
- Maintain service quality metrics above industry benchmarks
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Min. 1 year experience in customer service or BPO environment
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Advanced knowledge of Zendesk/Salesforce platforms
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Relevant certification in customer service management preferred
