  • Document interactions using Salesforce CRM with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
  • Identify upsell opportunities through personalized customer engagement
  • Maintain service quality metrics above industry benchmarks
  • Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Min. 1 year experience in customer service or BPO environment
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
  • Advanced knowledge of Zendesk/Salesforce platforms
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
  • Relevant certification in customer service management preferred
