Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software/hardware problems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues
- Continuously improve processes through feedback analysis
- Train new support agents on best practices
- Monitor SLAs and response time metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer support/IT helpdesk
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk preferred)
- Certification in ITIL or equivalent is a plus
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Experience with remote support tools
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
