Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer support/IT helpdesk
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk preferred)
  • Certification in ITIL or equivalent is a plus
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
