Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues for enterprise clients using remote diagnostic tools
- Document cases in CRM system with 100% accuracy and timely updates
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical problems
- Conduct product training sessions for new enterprise clients
- Monitor support tickets using Zendesk and maintain SLA compliance
- Develop knowledge base articles to reduce ticket volume by 20%
Kualifikasi
- Min. 2 years experience in technical/customer support
- Proficient in Indonesian and English (written/spoken)
- Certification in ITIL or Help Desk preferred
- Experience with CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Available for flexible hours including weekends
- Relevant degree in IT/Business or equivalent experience
