Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with 24/5 availability
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira)
- Document cases meticulously and maintain knowledge base accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/NPS) and implement improvements
- Conduct product training sessions for enterprise clients
- Support rollouts of new features and updates
Kualifikasi
- Min. D3/S1 degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 1+ years experience in customer/technical support
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Expertise in troubleshooting Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools and SaaS platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in ITIL/CompTIA preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
