Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm hospitality and attention to detail
- Expertly manage 15-20 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders and payments
- Collaborate with kitchen team for seamless food delivery timing
- Upsell premium menu items and wine selections to enhance guest experience
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service challenges proactively
- Participate in daily briefings and monthly training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years fine dining or luxury hotel experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Exceptional knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international wine pairings
- Professional certification in food safety handling (SKP) preferred
- Impeccable grooming standards and polished presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under high-pressure peak hours
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
