Tanggung Jawab
- Manage Customer Interactions: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose customer problems accurately and provide effective solutions or escalate to senior management when necessary.
- Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure a seamless follow-up process.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Languages: Fluent in Indonesian (Native) and English (Business Level).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and stress management.
