Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues with precision
- Document interactions in CRM system with accurate details
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Monitor customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score targets
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or support role
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written/spoken communication
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environment
- Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting concepts
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
- Relevant certification in customer service preferred
