Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Administer employee relations programs and conflict resolution
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
- Develop and implement HR policies and training programs
- Monitor KPIs and prepare HR analytics reports
- Coordinate performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, or Management
- 2+ years of HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle HR)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Certified in HR management (CHRM/SPHR) preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters
